We are delighted to welcome the dynamic Yaa Gladys Shang Viban into the HOFNA Family as our Board Chair

With 28 years of experience in gender empowerment programs and youth enhancement projects, Yaa Gladys Shang Viban has garnered broad expertise and knowledge, established vital networks and contact base to improve on the projects and programs of organizations and institutions. She has gained solid experience in supervisory roles in areas of project conception, management, execution and monitoring, and rigorous work ethics that will help any institution and organization meet their objectives in an efficient and timely fashion. Yaa Gladys Shang Viban is results driven, passionate and committed to impacting and uplifting lives, communities, teams and institutions.  Her contributions have been recognized throughout her professional career and have earned her several awards of merit and distinction.

 We are delighted that today, Yaa joins– HOFNA as the Board Chair.

HOFNA promotes the socio economic empowerment of women, girls and their communities through leadership development, peacebuilding and initiatives that promote civic participation as well as agribusiness/entrepreneurship. With her expertise in these domains, Yaa interns to lead the team and make HOFNA sustainable while   serving/empowering communities in Cameroon.
